Q: Are you listing my house on the MLS or are you buying it?
A: Great question. We’re not realtors, so we can’t (and don’t want to) list your house — we actually want to BUY IT. We buy houses Florida that fit our specific criteria. From there we may repair the house and resell it to another home owner or keep it as a rental ourselves – every property is different. The main idea here, though, is that we have no interest in listing your house — we actually want to buy it. 

Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
